* my first assignment of my final semester of school is now finished! the assignment was Green Living and we were asked to come up with an idea and photograph a conceptual idea that depicts some aspect of Green Living. i chose to depict sustainable housing, and eco-friendly thermostats.
* i started by making origami houses out of (fake) $20.00 Canadian bills, a blue bristol board background, and then put soil underneath, and i added in "trees" which were clippings from an old Christmas tree that was on the side of the road on my street. i later photographed the paper clouds and paper raindrops separately and then combined everything in Photoshop.
* i really love how it turned out! i was going for a diorama/claymation style look to the image, and hopefully i achieved that! i've showed the RAW image before first, and secondly, the final image!
